Currently I work as at Incert for the who's who of tourism in the DACH countries. We help companies digitise and improve processes around "giving, experiencing and rewarding". My responsibility is to build and lead the innovation, product and design teams.

Who am I? What is #dinovation?
Hey! I'm Dino, an undergraduate of Business Informatics, working as an Innovation Manager at incert and Curator of Global Shapers Salzburg. I am experienced in building digital products and services in tourism related startups and SMBs, working at incert (enterprise ecommerce software) and co-founding Seasy, a digital maritime startup, made for all recreational boating participants and companies. I follow the Kaizen philosophy, lean innovation and agile approach. My main focus is to learn and build a strong network, having a special interest in Leadership, Change Management, Development of a Learning Culture and Open Innovation. Through the Global Shapers Salzburg and my various involvements in other organizations, I aim to use my unique skills to innovate for global impact.
